Trama: Dopo 8 anni si sono perse le tracce di Tiger e Zoya che in realtà si sono ritirati ad una vita più tranquilla e "normale". Nel frattempo eventi terribili continuano a sconvolgere il mondo come il rapimento di 25 infermiere indiane e 15 infermiere pakistane da parte dell'Isis, in Iraq. L'India vuole liberarle a tutti i costi ma il tempo è poco e servono uomini specializzati che non falliscano... è tempo di richiamare in azione Tiger... anche se era stato dimenticato dai suoi stessi superiori. Oltre ad inviare un messaggio di pace, il film pone l'accento sull'inutilità delle guerre e sugli interessi ad esse legati.

Attenzione! arrivano i mostri

Le isole poco battute dalle rotte delle navi, si sa, sono spesso fedeli custodi di ricchezze e di tesori nascosti ... così devono pensarla anche tre malviventi che scoperta, appunto in un'isoletta, quella che ai loro occhi stupefatti sembra una pietra preziosa di inestimabile valore, già pensano di diventare ricchi sfondati. Peccato però che la pietra preziosa non sia una pietra preziosa, bensì un antico uovo di Barugon. Sottoposto ad una luce infrarossa il reperto si schiude e la malefica creatura che nasce si rivela particolarmente contenta di essere venuta al mondo, se non altro, per dar prova di tutta le sue capacità distruttive. A salvare il Giappone ed il mondo, ci penserà, ancora una volta la generosa Gamera.
