Sono trascorsi 25 anni da quando le televisioni di tutto il mondo mostrarono le immagini di Nicolae Ceausescu dopo l'esecuzione della sentenza di condanna a morte. Finiva con lui una forma particolare di comunismo che si basava sul potere di qualcuno che si poteva definire più che un dittatore un satrapo che aveva appoggiato il suo potere dispotico su un odio nazionalistico (volutamente malcelato) nei confronti della Grande Madre URSS.
