The First World Festival of Negro Arts

Nel trasferirla sullo schermo, con più di una modifica, ha calato in un'atmosfera “africana” più che metropolitana (com'era sul palcoscenico) il mondo notturno, irrazionale e un po' vampiresco di Oberon (Bucci), re degli Elfi, e di Titania (Nannini), regina degli Spiriti, separandolo nettamente dal mondo diurno, razionale e un po' isterico nel quale agiscono Teseo (Lionello), Ippolita (Blanc) e i quattro ragazzi innamorati.
