It commenced on June 14, 2012, in Panama City, Panama, and concluded on December 22, 2012, in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Il film parla dell’amore a prima vista. Nella prima parte uno psichiatra finisce per errore nel mirino del fisco. Temendo di andare in galera prima di riuscire a chiarire la sua posizione, si traveste da prete e si rifugia in un paesino del Trentino, dove si spaccia per il nuovo parroco della piccola comunità. Da qui seguiranno diversi colpi di scena, a sfondo sentimentale. La seconda parte del film si svolge invece a Roma.

Serena e Marcello sono innamoratissimi e stanno per sposarsi a Beverly Hills dove lui possiede un ristorante. Lei va con le amiche a festeggiare l'addio al celibato e si mostra pudica. La fanno però bere a sua insaputa e finirà nel letto (senza che nulla accada) di Rocco (inibito ex compagno di scuola di Marcello). Rocco si innamorerà di lei e farà di tutto perché il matrimonio non abbia luogo. Carlo giunge in città con una compagna in sedia a rotelle più vecchia di lui che lo mantiene. Se la vede soffiare da un nuovo arrivato e si ritrova senza un soldo. Incontra però Cristina, la donna che aveva lasciato molti anni or sono incinta. Ora Cristina ha un compagno, il marchese Aliprando, e il figlio ha ormai sedici anni e si chiama Lele. Cristina ha sempre conservato la foto di Carlo dicendo che si trattava del fratello Gerardo missionario laico in Africa. Presentato ad Aliprando e Lele, Carlo dovrà reggere la parte.
