Con i suoi ritmi da dandy freerock casuale, Marc Ribot si è progressivamente imposto in pochi anni, come uno dei chitarristi più interessanti ed influenti del nostro tempo.Al centro della scena dell'avanguardia di New York sin dai primi anni '80 con John Zorn e Arto Lindsay, Ribot ha preso rapidamente la tangente, moltiplicando progetti personali decisamente eclettici e altre collaborazioni prestigiose, senza mai perdere l '"io artistico. Il bassista chè lo circonda è Henry Grimes, un partner di lunga data come Albert Ayler, e Chad Taylor, batterista tra la scena jazz post-Chicago più ricercato, Marc Ribot ci offre come una sintesi di questo prezioso anti-virtuosismo che rende di fascino, la la sua musica di una nudità sontuosa, il tutto in dissonanze e distorsioni,stimolando un certo immaginario, malinconico e iper realistico.

The movie, and true story, is about how Harold began working for the garbage industry in New Jersey only to find out that it was run by the Mafia. Having been in and out of jail most of his life, Harold feared more jail time and so went to the FBI. Harold went undercover to get as much illegal information that he could. The information he got helped put away dozens of Mafia men. Harold is currently in the witness protection program.
