Life of a Mutt

Through seven scenes, the film follows the life and destinies of stray dogs from the margins of our society, leading us to reconsider our attitude towards them. Through the seven “wandering” characters that we follow at different ages, from birth to old age, we witness their dignified struggle for survival. At the cemetery, in an abandoned factory, in an asylum, in a landfill, in places full of sorrow, our heroes search for love and togetherness. By combining documentary material, animation and acting interpretation of the thoughts of our heroes, we get to know lives between disappointment and hope, quite similar to ours.

Dopo le avventure raccontate nel film di Pitch Black, Riddick, Jack e Imam, scappano con una navicella dal terrificante pianeta popolato da feroci alieni notturni. Vengono però catturati da un'astronave capitanata da Antonia Chillingsworth, una collezionista di criminali, che dopo averli congelati li tiene in mostra come vere e proprie statue viventi. Appena Antonia scopre che sulla navicella si trova Riddick, gli scaglia addosso il suo esercito di mercenari allo scopo di catturarlo e ibernarlo. Ovviamente Riddick non si lascia catturare molto facilmente, e dopo aver decimato i mercenari e aver combattuto contro mostri alieni, riesce finalmente a scappare con la scialuppa e i suoi due amici Jack e Imam.

Un terremoto colpisce Washington, ne conseguono esplosioni nucleari a catena. I pochi sopravvissuti fuggono in Antartide.

A gardener is watering his flowers, when a mischievous boy sneaks up behind his back, and puts a foot on the water hose. The gardener is surprised and looks into the nozzle to find out why the water has stopped coming. The boy then lifts his foot from the hose, whereby the water squirts up in the gardener's face. The gardener chases the boy, grips his ear and slaps him in his buttocks. The boy then runs away and the gardener continues his watering. Three separate versions of this film exist, this is the original, filmed by Louis Lumière.

Le famiglie McKay e Canfield sono afflitte da un'eterna faida. I due capi famiglia si scontrano a duello e si uccidono a vicenda lasciando l'amaro compito di essere vendicati alla loro prole. Durante il viaggio in treno stringe amicizia con una giovane donna che si rivelerà essere figlia di Joseph Canfield, attuale capofamiglia dei Canfield che, quando saprà dell'arrivo del McKay darà il via a una caccia per tutto il paese e il giovane sarà vittima dei loro continui attentati. Solo l'amore tra i due porterà equilibrio e pace tra le due famiglie.

Determinato a riprendere quel che è suo Thorin Scudodiquercia non attende Gandalf e decide di procedere da solo inviando come pattuito Bilbo a rubare l'Arkengemma dal drago dormiente.
