The Weathering Continent

Three adventurers – a warrior, a priest, and a young woman – traverse a land devastated by centuries of environmental calamities searching only for a way to survive. In their journeys they stumble across first the remains of a band of desperate treasure-hunters, and then the treasure they were seeking: Azec Sistra, the legendary City of the Dead. La storia prende il via dalla terza primavera da quando Belldandy e Kei'ichi hanno iniziato la loro convivenza. Il club dei motori dell'università Nekomiko, il circolo al quale appartiene Kei'ichi, sta per accogliere, come ogni inizio di anno accademico, le nuove leve che prenderanno il posto degli studenti ormai laureati o passati ai corsi di dottorato, i cosiddetti OB (Old Boy). A questo punto accade qualcosa di inaspettato: il mentore di Belldandy, del quale si erano perdute completamente le tracce da molto tempo, appare improvvisamente sulla terra alla sua ex-allieva. In I Can't Give You Anything But Love, Baby, Broderick Crawford plays a sentimental gangster who abducts songwriter Johnny Downs and forces him to write a love ballad. It is Crawford's hope that the song will reach out and touch his long-lost childhood sweetheart. I Can't Give You Anything But Love, Baby was based on James Edward Grant's short story Trouble in B Flat; echoes of the basic premise later resurfaced in the 1957 "A" picture The Girl Can't Help It.

The interiors of drug dens are shown, and at the conclusion the film an addict is shown collapsing on a sand dune; the booming voice of the narrator informs us that the addict has perished. Footage used is from the silent film Dope Fiends.
