Buffalo Bill, l'eroe del far west

Il colonnello William Cody, detto Buffalo Bill, intende spezzare i legami disonesti che esistono fra una banda di loschi affaristi bianchi ed il capo indiano Mano Gialla. Per questo tenta di convincere Volpe Saggia - capo della tribù cui appartiene Mano Gialla - a sottoscrivere un trattato di pace con le truppe federali della zona. Per impedire tale eventualità, Mano Gialla e i suoi complici rapiscono la figlia di Volpe Saggia facendo credere che del rapimento siano colpevoli i militari. Il piano raggiunge il suo scopo poiché tra pellirosse e soldati nasce un conflitto. La pace, però, sarà presto riportata dall'energico intervento di Buffalo Bill il quale umilierà Mano Gialla sconfiggendolo in un feroce corpo a corpo.
