In the documentary, the project called “revitalization” is questioned by the residents of various occupations.

This documentary chronicles the director's quest to find the reclusive master and subsequent encounters with the man within a period of 12 months. It captures the life and art of the self-taught genius who single-handedly depicted the look and feel of what can be describe as the Golden Era of Hong Kong Cinema from 1975 to 1992. Western audiences might recognize some familiar faces from the prolific painter's recent works - undeniably breathtaking - such as the portraits of Marlon Brando, Michael Jackson, James Dean, John Lennon, Audrey Hepburn and Anne Hathaway.

The Auntie from Chicago

Charilaos (Orestis Makris), a retired officer with very strict and conservative principles, raises his four daughters with... military discipline, taking care of their culture, their appearance and their good behavior. While in the process of breaking up, Min-joo and Seo-yeon went back to their close relationship. The love of women who have been separated because of man, and the two men's friendship is comically drawn.

“Viaggio nella Luna” è un film fantastico del 1902 realizzato da Georges Méliès. Assieme al Viaggio attraverso l'impossibile è uno dei suoi film più famosi, forse il capolavoro. Il film è una parodia basata liberamente sul romanzo di Jules Verne “Dalla Terra alla Luna” e su quello di H. G. Wells “I primi uomini sulla Luna”. È considerato il primo film di fantascienza e una delle scene iniziali del film, la navicella spaziale che si schianta sull'occhio della Luna (che presenta un volto umano), è entrata nell'immaginario collettivo ed è una delle sequenze che hanno fatto la storia del cinema.

Un lupo mannaro americano a Londra

Due giovani studenti americani, Jack e David, in viaggio in Inghilterra, si ritrovano una sera di plenilunio in piena brughiera. Un lupo sbrana Jack e ferisce David, che viene ricoverato nell'ospedale in cui lavora Alex, infermiera che lo accudisce e del quale si invaghisce. David sembra riprendersi ma ha continue visioni di Jack, il quale cerca di convicerlo invano del fatto che le ferite subite lo hanno trasformato in un lupo mannaro, e che se non prenderà provvedimenti entro il prossimo plenilunio avverrà un massacro. David, noncurante, passa le giornate con l'infermiera fino alla sera di luna piena. All'indomani si risveglia nudo in uno zoo, tutto gli appare tragicamente chiaro, e da quel momento cerca di uccidersi. Ma sarà la polizia, al plenilunio seguente, a mettere fine al dramma.

Carl Attrezzi e la luce fantasma

In questo episodio, lo scassatissimo e spiritosissimo carro attrezzi Carl Attrezzi, detto "Cricchetto", compie diversi scherzi ai danni dei suoi concittadini veicoli di Radiator Springs. Costoro decidono di rendergli "pan per focaccia", e lo Sceriffo si inventa e racconta una storia terribile, secondo la quale, nelle notti d'estate, si aggira sulle strade della zona "il semaforo fantasma", un misterioso globo di luce blu che fa scomparire nel nulla qualsiasi veicolo che incontri sul suo percorso. Mentre Carl Attrezzi fa ritorno alla sua abitazione (o deposito, per meglio dire), Saetta e Guido appendono una lanterna blu al gancio di Carl Attrezzi. Egli, spaventatissimo, si mette a correre pazzamente per le strade, salvo poi accorgersi della burla. In seguito, gli abitanti di Radiator Springs ridono della dabbenaggine di Cricchetto, rassicurandolo e dicendogli che l' unica cosa a cui deve fare attenzione sono le sue paure e, ovviamente, "la strega urlante".
