A year to the day after Dorothy and the people of the Emerald City defeated Urfin Jus, the villain is trying to exact his revenge. La rappresentazione, che è stata anche commercializzata in versione DVD, ha visto protagonisti oltre ai membri del trio (Aldo Baglio, Giovanni Storti e Giacomo Poretti) anche Marina Massironi, Corrado Guzzanti, Antonio Cornacchione e Raul Cremona. Il titolo è un gioco di parole in quanto presenta una forte assonanza con la frase "tel chi el terùn" ("eccolo qui il terrone"). In effetti, il trio - che è composto da due attori settentrionali e uno meridionale - deve parte del suo successo alla forte contrapposizione linguistico-caratteriale dei propri membri e utilizza talvolta, sempre in senso bonariamente scherzoso, anche la parola "terrone" nei propri sketch.

Clouseau va ad arrestare lady Lytton quando anche sir Charles arriva nell'hotel, ma il colonnello Sharky minaccia tutti per prendere il diamante. Un attentato da parte di Dreyfus uccide il colonnello salvando Clouseau e i Lytton.
