Unfortunately Gilles has fallen for Florence the daughter of the conservative Prime Minister and his wife. When the Prime Minister tries to shut down the brothel Gilles decides to stand against him in the election.

Approximately 200,000 copies of this OVA were distributed by Uniqlo to promote a line of Naruto-themed shirts designed by Masashi Kishimoto in conjunction with Studio Pierrot. Ad avere i maggiori problemi è Paperino, che subisce gli scherzi di Harpo e l'insubordinazione del proprio mulo. Inoltre, mentre sta urlando all'animale, Paperino ingoia accidentalmente la palla e viene quindi inseguito dagli altri giocatori che lo vogliono colpire.
