Otto anni sono passati e il consiglio di amministrazione della Play Pals Toys rievoca la vicenda di Andy Barclay che aveva portato quasi sul lastrico la ditta con le accuse contro uno dei loro pupazzi “Tipo Bello” (traduzione di “Good Guy”). Adesso, visto il tempo trascorso, gli amministratori ritengono di rimettere in circolazione il bambolotto. Sullivan (Peter Haskell) in persona avalla la decisione. Ma è proprio Sullivan la prima vittima di Chucky, resuscitato e tornato in azione. Chucky, sempre con il pensiero fisso di uscire dal corpo del bambolotto, cerca Andy (Justin Whalin) che adesso è un sedicenne che frequenta una scuola militare.

Il film “L’Altra Dallas” analizza tutti i fatti relativi all’assassinio di Robert Kennedy, avvenuto il 6 giugno 1968 nelle cucine dell’Hotel Ambassador di Los Angeles, e conferma che il caso sia tutt’altro che risolto. Nonostante vi siano almeno venti persone che hanno visto Sirhan Sirhan sparare a Kennedy, infatti, sono emersi nel corso del tempo svariati elementi che tendono decisamente a scagionarlo. Quello più importante è il numero totale di colpi sparati: furono 11, mentre la pistola di Sirhan poteva contenerne soltanto 8. Questo fatto basterebbe, da solo, a confermare la presenza di un secondo sparatore nelle cucine dell’albergo, e quindi di un complotto per uccidere Kennedy. Una registrazione audio, analizzata di recente da diversi laboratori specializzati, conferma che furono almeno dieci i colpi sparati quella sera.

Poi si ritrova nei panni di suora, come Amanda Krueger, tra cento dementi (tra cui Robert Englund in un cameo senza trucco da Freddy) che la violenteranno dando vita a Freddy. Poi Alice si sveglia. Alla festa del diploma, ritrova il fidanzato Dan (Danny Hassel), al quale rivela l’incubo. Dan la conforta ricordandole che se lei non rimaterializzerà Krueger (Robert Englund) non ci saranno problemi. Ma Alice sogna la nascita di Freddy a opera di Amanda Krueger (Beatrice Boepples). E benché cerchi di impedirlo, è testimone del riformarsi del mostro, che torna in azione più potente di prima. Per sconfiggerlo, Alice dovrebbe trovare i resti di Amanda, nella torre.
