Pluto sta giocando sulla spiaggia con una palla di gomma, quando la palla finisce in mare e comincia a fare dei movimenti strani. Questo perché la palla è finita in testa a una piccola foca. La foca vorrebbe giocare con la palla, ma Pluto la vuole per sé. Così cerca in vari modi di liberarsi della foca, senza però riuscirci. Mentre cerca di riprendersi la palla in mare, Pluto sveglia accidentalmente un polpo, il quale si vendica tenendogli il muso attaccato a un pezzo di metallo sul fondo del mare. Pluto rischia di annegare, ma per fortuna la foca se ne accorge e lo salva. I due si mettono così a giocare insieme con la palla.

La storia di una città qualsiasi

La città di Anyburg decide che la situazione del traffico le è sfuggita di mano e mette sotto processo l'automobile. Il processo (condotto in rima) inizia con un'auto che è stata vittima di un incidente, seguita da un'auto sportiva le cui colpe sono la gomma scrostata e l'hot-rodding generale, seguita da un mucchio, sotto processo per mancanza di sicurezza. Poi, alcuni progettisti di dispositivi di sicurezza testimoniano che, nonostante i loro sforzi, il tasso di incidenti continua ad aumentare. In tutto questo, l'avvocato della difesa si rifiuta di fare domande. Un progettista di autostrade lamenta i problemi delle sue belle strade. Finalmente la difesa. Mostra una serie di scenari, sottolineando che il vero problema non è l'auto, ma il conducente. Tutti escono dall'aula, dichiarando l'auto non colpevole, e tornano a guidare educatamente, per un po'.

Al risveglio Pluto non trova più ossa nella sua ciotola. Andando alla sua scorta sepolta scopre che un roditore sta usando le sue ossa per puntellare i propri tunnel. Il roditore sfrutta una settimana piena di polline, a cui pluto è allergico, per sottrargli ripetutamente gli ossi.

Pluto al campeggio

Due coyotes (padre e figlio) sentono odore di cibo. Arrivano in un campeggio appena in tempo per vedere il proprietario dirigendosi in discesa verso la barca. Il cibo è assicurato in un albero e Pluto, anche se dorme, è in guardia. Il padre comincia a lavorare per ottenere il cibo causando danni al campeggio, ma il junior continua a trascinare Pluto per la cena. Il papà continua a riportarlo nella tenda mentre dorme. Hanno finalmente il cibo e stanno preparando per festeggiare quando Pluto accorgendosi li caccia. All'improvviso il proprietario ritorna e Pluto si rende conto che, senza i coyotes, lui sarà accusato e scappa per unirsi ai suoi ex nemici.
