Perduto amor

Il film, idealmente diviso in tre parti, descrive la formazione (tra la metà degli anni '50 e la metà degli anni '60) di un giovane siciliano. Nella prima parte (che va dalla fine del festival di San Remo del 1955 all'autunno-inverno dello stesso anno), il personaggio, Ettore Corvaja, ha otto-nove anni. La sua famiglia e la sua Sicilia, forse sono vere, forse no. Il bambino cresce tra la gioia di vivere di quel tempo e gli insegnamenti del suo mentore, un colto aristocratico del paese. Nella seconda parte Ettore ha vent'anni e ha già fatto le sue scelte e i suoi studi. Siamo nel pieno del boom economico e delle sue contraddizioni. Nella Terza parte Ettore è a Milano. Scopre una città piena di fermenti e di frenesia. Entra nel mondo della musica che guarda con sospetto. La sua aspirazione è scrivere. Incontra un gruppo esoterico che gli apre un nuovo mondo. Capisce la bellezza della scoperta di sé.

Martin e Julia

Martin e Julia, due ragazzi di 11 anni e praticamente identici, si incontrano in aeroporto e scoprono di essere sorprendentemente simili. Decidono così di scambiarsi identità e i biglietti dei propri voli, intraprendendo un viaggio che cambierà per sempre la loro vita. Pian piano, però, diventa chiaro che non si può vivere la vita di un'altra persona...

A year to the day after Dorothy and the people of the Emerald City defeated Urfin Jus, the villain is trying to exact his revenge. To command the army of Carraci, however, Urfin needs not only the magic book, but also Dorothy’s silver slippers. The slippers are safely hidden away in Dorothy’s house. Unfortunately, Dorothy’s guest, Tim, is overcome by curiosity and picks up the shoes, accidentally transporting himself, Dorothy and the slippers to the Land of Oz. The Emerald City and its citizens are in danger once again.

Theo Maassen: Ruwe Pit

Maassen won two of the biggest comedy contests in the Netherlands in 1990, the Groninger Studenten Cabaret Festival(GSCF), and Cameretten. The GSCF jury was not pleased with the quality of the contestants that year, and gave Maassen the first prize, remarking he was the best of the year, but still not very good. In the following years, however, Maassen fame grew steadily, especially amongst students. Maassens style was based on stand-up comedy: Alone on stage, telling jokes and stories to amuse the public, without any musical support (a thing common for most Dutch comedians up to that point).
