Il ritorno di Godzilla

Il giovane Ryota non si rassegna alla scomparsa del fratello Yata, dato per disperso dopo una tempesta. Va a cercarlo con una barca, che a causa di una tempesta fa naufragio su un'isola. Qui Ryota scopre che l'organizzazione dei Bamboo Rossi tiene in schiavitù gli abitanti di Infant Island e per tenere lontani i curiosi dall'isola, usano un mostro: Ebirah, un astice gigantesco. Ghidorah! Il mostro a tre teste

Una principessa himalayana viene posseduta dallo spirito di una venusiana, scappata dal suo pianeta prima che venisse devastato dal mostruoso King Ghidorah, potente drago spaziale che viaggia nello spazio che attraversa con un meteorite. La principessa, che qualcuno intende assassinare, cerca di avvertire i potenti della Terra, ma non viene ascoltata. Solo nelle fatine-sacerdotesse di Mothra riesce a trovare un aiuto. Distruggete Kong! La terra è in pericolo

Nonostante il titolo del film richiami il nome di King Kong, egli non compare realmente nella storia e non è protagonista; il personaggio principale è invece il Titano-Kong. Gli alieni sono nuovamente intenzionati a conquistare la Terra, utilizzando Titanosaurus e una nuova versione del Mechagodzilla. Titano-Kong è stato scoperto dal dottor Mafune, che collabora con gli alieni in quanto essi hanno riportato in vita come cyborg la figlia dello scienziato, Katsura, impiantandole nel cervello i comandi dei due mostri. Titanosauro e MechaGodzilla attaccano Yokosuka, che viene difesa da Godzilla. Ma i due avversari sono troppo forti per Godzilla, che viene sconfitto...

Il figlio di Godzilla

Un gruppo di scienziati giapponesi, guidati da Kusumi, si trova da tempo su di un isolotto del Pacifico per effettuare, per conto dell'Onu, un esperimento di ibernazione e verificare pertanto se è possibile per l'uomo mutare le condizioni climatiche nel mondo e rendere così fertili le regioni deserte. Ai ricercatori si aggrega un giornalista, Goro, il quale, benché malvisto all'inizio, riesce poi ad inserirsi nel gruppo. Questi un giorno, durante una passeggiata sulla riva del mare, vede una ragazza, che scompare improvvisamente alla sua vista, e non avendo altre prove la notizia non è creduta dai compagni. Intanto si dà il via all'esperimento, che fallisce per alcune interferenze che impediscono il contatto decisivo. Questi impedimenti sono causati dalle grida di richiamo del figlio di Godzilla, un mostro preistorico racchiuso nel suo uovo che alcune mantidi giganti cercano di rompere.

The main match for the Raw brand was a Triple Threat match for the World Heavyweight Championship between champion Triple H, Shawn Michaels and Chris Benoit. The main match for the SmackDown! brand featured Eddie Guerrero versus Kurt Angle for the WWE Championship. The event featured the return of The Undertaker, who challenged Kane. Also on the card was a match between Goldberg and Brock Lesnar with Stone Cold Steve Austin as the special guest referee. WrestleMania XX was the third WrestleMania at Madison Square Garden but the fifth to take place in the New York metropolitan area (following WrestleMania I, WrestleMania 2, WrestleMania X and Wrestlemania 29). The event grossed US$2.4 million in ticket sales, making the Pay-Per-View the highest grossing event ever for WWE at Madison Square Garden. More than 20,000 people attended the event.
