Moscowin Kavery

Moscowin Kavery (English: Moscow's Kaveri ) is a 2010 Tamil romantic drama film written and directed by cinematographer Ravi Varman, making his directorial debut, besides handling the cinematography. The film, which has lyrics written by Vairamuthu and music scored by Thaman, stars Rahul Ravindran and Samantha in the lead roles with Harshvardhan, Santhanam and Seeman essaying supporting roles. Releasing on 27 August 2010, after nearly three years of production, the film was ultimately panned by critics.

Il Conte Francesco Cenci è condannato a sette mesi di esilio in una lontana rocca dell'Abruzzo. Egli che tiranneggia i membri della propria famiglia esige che essi lo accompagnino. La giovane figlia Beatrice è addolorata di dover lasciare il proprio fidanzato per seguire il padre. E infatti l'esilio sarà particolarmente doloroso per lei, sottoposta alle più dure umiliazioni da parte del crudele padre. Il suo fidanzato avuta notizia delle sofferenze di Beatrice decide di liberarla ed arriva alla rocca con l'intento di rapirla. Il piano fallisce ed il giovane rimane bloccato dentro il castello. La mattina seguente viene ritrovato in un burrone, sotto la finestra della propria stanza, il cadavere del Conte Cenci. Disgrazia o delitto?
