Enrico spinto dalla gelosia, spalleggiato da Elisabetta che in realtà è una spia degli austriaci, convincono il fratello che il suo arresto è imminente e deve fuggire in Italia dove si arruola nell'esercito e torna a combattere nella zona di Rovereto e ritrova Anna che nel frattempo ha dato alla luce un bambino. La donna nasconde il marito ma anche questa volta il fratello Enrico lo scopre e lo denuncia salvo poi pentirsi autoaccusandosi di essere un sabotatore e sostituendosi a lui nella condanna a morte. Finita la guerra Franco esce dal carcere e si riunisce ad Anna ed al figlio.

“Gjama” is a rarely practiced mourning ritual that was performed by Albanian men throughout the centuries. By shouting specific phrases and acting out a strict choreography, it is a way of paying respect to the deceased but also overcoming grief and pain over the loss of a loved one. Through the documentation of the re-enactment of the ritual, Zgjim Elshani seeks to recover fragments of the practice in the communities where this form of collective grieving is still a way of overcoming loss. By doing so, the project intends to rethink collective grieving and what it means to publicly display emotions in a male-headed society.

Santiago, the priest, first tries to continue christianization, but finally becomes one of them - until the Spaniards return.

Mutts to You

The stooges, professional dog washers, find a baby on a doorstep and, thinking it to be abandoned, take it home. When they read in the paper the baby is believed to have been kidnapped, they disguise Curly as a the baby's mother and try to sneak past the local cop. They are caught, but when the baby's parents show up and realize what happened, the result is a happy ending.
