Located in Carcavelos, Quinta Nova de Santo António, or Quinta dos Ingleses, as it is recognized by the population, shelters a small community of people affected by the housing crisis. Natives and immigrants, deprived of a roof over their heads, carry on with their lives in search of better opportunities and a breeze of change. Guided by residents' voices, this documentary is based on the adaptability of human beings in the face of life's adversities and their constant pursue of happiness.

Through the seven “wandering” characters that we follow at different ages, from birth to old age, we witness their dignified struggle for survival. At the cemetery, in an abandoned factory, in an asylum, in a landfill, in places full of sorrow, our heroes search for love and togetherness. By combining documentary material, animation and acting interpretation of the thoughts of our heroes, we get to know lives between disappointment and hope, quite similar to ours.

Il Re Scorpione 2 - Il destino di un guerriero

Il giovane Mathayus (Michael Copon) vive in un popolo sottomesso dalla dittatura di Re Sargon (Randy Couture), un perfido tiranno che possiede poteri soprannaturali. Mathayus si ribella alla volontà del re ma questi, usando i suoi poteri, ucciderà suo padre. Sconvolto dal dolore Mathayus intraprende un lungo viaggio per scendere negli inferi accompagnato da un intellettuale greco, dove troverà la spada di Damocle, l'unica arma esistente sulla terra che possa sconfiggere l'invincibile re dotato di grandi poteri magici donatigli dalla dea degli Inferi, Astarte. Una volta in possesso di tale spada, Mathayus ingaggia un duro duello con Sargon il quale, alla fine, vedendosi sconfitto, si trasforma in un gigantesco scorpione nero e inizia ad attaccare il giovane. Alla fine Mathayus ha la meglio e, dopo averlo ucciso, restituisce la spada agli inferi.
