In the middle of a broadcast about Typhoon Yolanda's initial impact, reporter Jiggy Manicad was faced with the reality that he no longer had communication with his station. They were, for all intents and purposes, stranded in Tacloban. With little option, and his crew started the six hour walk to Alto, where the closest broadcast antenna was to be found. Letting the world know what was happening to was a priority, but they were driven by the need to let their families and friends know they were all still alive. Along the way, they encountered residents and victims of the massive typhoon, and with each step it became increasingly clear just how devastating this storm was. This was a storm that was going to change lives.

Un giorno, scopre che un ricco imprenditore italoamericano è morto, lasciando un'enorme eredità al figlio George, e nota che il caro estinto gli somiglia moltissimo. Così, Angelo si presenta a casa di George, sostenendo (senza fornire alcuna prova) di essere suo fratello. Tra gag, colpi di scena e situazioni folli, i due fratelli acquisiti finiranno per diventare amici per la pelle.

Gianni e Pinotto detectives

Gianni e Pinotto, autori di soggetti comico-polizieschi, desiderano richiamare su di sé l'attenzione del col. Andrews, direttore della radio. E' assodato che si tratta di un delitto, ma chi ne è l'autore? Gianni e Pinotto si fanno credere detective, incaricati delle indagini, dando così origine ad una serie di comiche avventure. Poliziotti autentici prendono Gianni e Pinotto per gli assassini e li costringono a fuggire. Intanto viene estratta una lotteria radiofonica e ne risulta vincitore Pinotto. Egli deve però presentarsi nell'auditorio entro mezz'ora, perché diversamente il premio è perduto. I due, incuranti dei poliziotti, si presentano durante la trasmissione e col loro intervento permettono di scoprire gli assassini. Così, oltre al premio, avranno la fama cui aspiravano, di uomini del mistero.

Non è tuttavia questo il problema più grosso del miliardario con l'hobby del supereroismo. Il palladio, elemento utile a far funzionare l'armatura, lo sta lentamente uccidendo inquinandogli il sangue e il brillante inventore non riesce a trovare un rimedio. Come se non bastasse, nel mezzo di una corsa automobolistica promozionale, a turbare la pace mondiale si presenta Ivan Vanko, figlio di un vecchio collaboratore di Howard Stark (il padre di Tony), colmo di rancore, volontà di vendetta e in possesso dei brevetti originali di molte invenzioni della Stark.
