Return to Horror Hotel is an anthology feature with 4 segments. One is about giant a bedbugs, one is about a magical charm that turns girls beautiful, one is about a WWII sailor who hasn't aged and one is about a terrorizing severed hand.

Frank, ex avvocato, intrattiene delle relazioni epistolari con alcuni condannati a morte. Il rapporto è puramente cartaceo, mai un incontro. Subito dopo l'esecuzione vende le lettere per cifre elevate. Ma per uno dei casi, che si mostra ipoteticamente più redditizio del previsto, è disposto ad incontrare la detenuta. Per questo motivo cerca di fare il possibile per trovare delle prove che la scagionino.

Anche lui è angariato da un mostro elettrico, che guarda caso si chiama Gabara. In seguito Ichiro scopre che in un magazzino vicino alla sua casa sono nascosti due ladri, che lo rapiranno. Ichiro, con l'aiuto mentale di Minilla, riuscirà a consegnare i rapinatori alla polizia e riuscirà a battere il suo rivale, mentre sull'Isola Minilla farà combattere Gabara con Godzilla...

Intanto si dà il via all'esperimento, che fallisce per alcune interferenze che impediscono il contatto decisivo. Questi impedimenti sono causati dalle grida di richiamo del figlio di Godzilla, un mostro preistorico racchiuso nel suo uovo che alcune mantidi giganti cercano di rompere.
